Warriors Road - Ongoing

Warriors Road is a veteran founded 501(с)(3) non-profit organization on a mission to heal our veterans and first responders through the power of working with horses operated by American Legion brother Andre Andrews of Post 283. The program is designed to promote wellness and healing through various, all-encompassing ranch and horseback experiences.

Disaster ready-to-go bags - Virtual opportunity

Every Californian, regardless of age, ability, income, or language, deserves culturally competent education to prepare for earthquakes, floods, and the immediate threat of wildfires. L.A. Works has partnered with Listos California to prepare and educate 600,000 Angelinos on disaster preparedness and emergency readiness.

Earth Day Clean Up of LA River - April 22, 9am-12pm

LA Waterkeeper is excited to host a community cleanup this Earth Day in partnership with Golden Road Brewing. Help prevent waste from further damaging our river!Volunyeers will remove trash and debris from the LA River, a critical habitat within our urban landscape.

LAST Ukraine Update

Our Post 43 brother, Christopher Loverro, is home safe from his last mission delivering humanitarian aid to the front lines in Ukraine. We want to thank you for your donations of clothing, gear and funds to support this cause. Whether you gave a dollar, a hundred dollars, boots or a warm jacket, lives were saved by the Post 43 family.

We are no longer accepting donations for Ukraine at this time so that we can begin strategy on our next areas of humanitarian assistance at home and abroad.
