Auxiliary Americanism Essay Contest

Hollywood Auxiliary Unit 43 (plus one wannabe! Ahem...BJ) presented awards to 3rd, 4th & 5th grade Americanism essay contest winners at Theodore Roosevelt Elementary in Burbank. The assigned topic was "What Patriotism Means To Me. " We had over 60 participants with some impressive and well thought out submissions. Kudos to all of the faculty and students! 

The Auxiliary is looking forward to working with the Legion family on the Post beautification day this Friday, May 26 at 11:00 AM in preparation for Memorial Day events.
