Welcome our New Adjutant/COO and Director of Operations
As our theater and main-level renovations near completion in the next few months, we are focusing on expanding and professionalizing our operations to better serve our new event operation and better serve our membership. It is important that we follow up the major investments in our facility with solid management to make sure we protect that investment. To that end, Post 43 is excited to announce a few personnel additions:
Brian J. Fagan, Adjutant, Post 43
New Adjutant & COO
It was announced at our last general meeting of the membership that Brian J. Fagan was appointed as our new adjutant by the commander. Brian is a longtime post member, former member of the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees. He is also an experienced business owner and continues to serve in the Navy Reserve. He will be focused on continuing to implement professional business systems and practices and providing enhanced service to our members while overseeing the entire administration of Hollywood Post 43 and its activities.
Our former adjutant, Karl Risinger continues to serve admirably as a valuable member of our staff, now as Manager of Events, focusing on both, revenue-generating rentals and membership events as well as facilities management.

J.P. Davis, Director of Operations, Post 43
New Director of Operations
The Executive Committee of the post authorized the hire of John Paul "J.P." Davis as our new Director of Operations who will primarily oversee our new screening and event sales and operations once the theater and main level renovations are complete.
J.P. has extensive history in the hospitality and event industry in Los Angeles and Las Vegas with management positions at China Grill Management, SBE Group, and most recently as the general manager of 1OAK Nightclub in West Hollywood. He is also the son of a Korean War veteran and a member of the Sons of the American Legion. He is married with two young children. Please give J.P. a warm welcome when you see him.
