Hollywood Legionnaires Honored at U.S. Veteran Appreciation Event at Japanese Consulate

Post 43 veterans who served in Japan during their military careers were invited by the Consul General Akira Chiba for a lovely social event dubbed an "Alumni Reception," featuring Japanese food, music, and celebration of the friendship between Japan and our U.S. servicemembers. Second Vice Commander Jennifer Campbell delivered remarks and offered a toast, reaffirming the American Legion's support of the U.S. commitment to Japan's security.

Post 43 is grateful to the Consul General for his hospitality and friendship.
