EXTENDED VOTING HOURS: 5P - 9P.
ALL VOTING MUST BE IN PERSON.
Important Election Information
ARTICLE XI – ELECTIONS AND APPOINTMENTS Section 8. The circulating or distribution of resolutions, letters, tickets, or other devices by a member or members of Hollywood Post, suggesting, recommending, opposing, or containing the name or names of proposed candidates for Post delegate, or any other office in the Post, is hereby prohibited on any Post property or properties controlled by the Post. This does not prohibit any announcement by a candidate published in the Hollywood Legionnaire under ground rules promulgated by the Executive Committee. Failure to follow these rules could result in termination of your Post 43 membership and prohibited from Post 43 property.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: Prepare and deliver fresh vegetarian burritos to the homeless population up and down Hollywood Blvd along with donated water and hygiene supplies. Parking Available at Post 43. This is the 1st of many 'Burrito Project' events to come. Burrito Project's objective is to demonstrate how easy it is to become a contributing factor in your community. SAVE THE DATE: Join volunteers from the LA chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution, The Walt Disney Company's SALUTE, and The Mission Continues JUNE 3 for an incredible community event as we restore and cleanup the Victory Grove WWI Memorial at Elysian Park. Post 43 members Lester Probst, Miguel Lima, and Greg Alaimo have been instrumental in saving this historic memorial. Show your support by volunteering in a day of service in tribute to remembering those veterans of the Great War. Watch this space or email Lester Probst for more details.

2017 HOLLYWOOD BOWL SEASON IS HERE! Our parking lot is utilized for Bowl parking on event nights. Make sure you double-check the calendar on the website or Facebook group before coming to the post for a bar night or event.
POST 43's Historic Art Deco Bar
Members: The Post Bar is open most Thursday or Friday evenings from 7pm – 1am. Members are allowed three guests, but members must accompany their guests at all times. We have billiards, sports on TV, music, and camaraderie; espresso, coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks are also available. It’s a great time to hold your Committee Meetings! Please do check the online calendar or Facebook group if you plan to visit, as events are sometimes added or changed at the last minute as the clubhouse becomes available.
We kindly ask that for Monday night post meetings where there is large attendance, able-bodied members park in the overflow across the street at Hollywood Bowl Lot D on the northeast corner of Milner and Highland Ave. to ensure our senior and disabled members have ample parking opportunity.
